In-Home Skilled Nursing & Personal Care for Medically Fragile Children
Prime Care Nursing & Support Services is a nurse-owned pediatric home health agency specializing in the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). We provide in-home skilled nursing and personal care services for medically fragile and technology-dependent children from birth through age 21. Our clinicians deliver hospital-level pediatric care in the comfort and safety of your child’s home, so your child can thrive where they feel most secure.
As a GAPP-certified provider, our core services include skilled nursing visits, medication administration, RN assessments and care planning, and supervisory nursing oversight. We care for children with complex medical needs—including ventilator and respirator dependence, tracheostomy care, gastric feeding tube (G-tube) management, intermittent catheterization, seizure disorders, and wound care. Each plan of care is built by experienced registered nurses who coordinate directly with your child’s physicians, specialists, and family.
Beyond skilled nursing, we offer non-skilled personal care assistance, companion care, and respite support for family caregivers. Whether your child needs help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers, or your family needs temporary relief to rest and recharge, our caregivers and nurses provide compassionate, family-centered support tailored to your child’s individual needs and goals.
