About Us

Nurse-Owned Leadership,
Pediatric-Focused Care

Founded by registered nurses with a shared vision of elevating pediatric home health care for medically fragile children through clinical excellence and genuine compassion.

Our Story

Built on Clinical Expertise & Heart

Prime Care Nursing & Support Services, LLC was founded by registered nurses who witnessed firsthand the need for higher standards in pediatric home health care. With backgrounds spanning acute care, pediatrics, and care coordination, our leadership brings a comprehensive clinical perspective to every aspect of our operations.

As a GAPP-enrolled provider, we specialize in caring for medically fragile children from birth through age 21. We understand the unique challenges families face when navigating complex medical needs at home — from ventilator and tracheostomy care to G-tube management and seizure support.

Every team member, from our nursing staff to our administrative personnel, shares our commitment to excellence, compliance, and compassionate service for the children and families we serve.
